𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐖𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝
✔ Ensure design intent is accurately interpreted & executed
✔ Oversee finishes, detailing & material implementation
✔ Conduct quality inspections & ensure high standards
✔ Manage daily site execution & resolve on-ground challenges
✔ Coordinate with consultants, architects, vendors & contractors
✔ Track project timelines, material approvals & documentation
✔ Manage fabrication (on-site/off-site) and snag closures
✔ Prepare Daily Progress Reports for management
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫
🔸 5–12 years of experience in interior execution / site management
🔸 Strong knowledge of materials, finishes & construction detailing
🔸 Ability to manage multiple sites independently
🔸 Excellent documentation, coordination & communication skills
🔸 Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving capability
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐖𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞 :
✔ Maximise occupancy through strong sales and leasing strategies
✔ Build and maintain relationships with brokers, IPCs, and corporate clients
✔ Ensure exceptional client experience with quick issue resolution
✔ Coordinate with operations teams and support centre-level activities
✔ Manage billing, collections, and reporting
✔ Track market trends and share insights with management
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:
🔹 6–15 years of experience in enterprise sales, corporate leasing, or commercial real estate
🔹 Strong broker/IPCs network with exposure to MNC clients
🔹 Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with C-level stakeholders
🔹 Strong negotiation, leadership, and key account management capabilities
🔹 Ability to work independently as well as collaborate across teams
