With over 20 years of experience in finance and commercial asset management, Shouvik Mandal spearheads the growth and expansion of Commercial Property, Business Centres and Warehousing and Industrial Parks of Apeejay Real Estate. A Chartered and Cost Accountant, he joined the Group’s Corporate Finance team, working as an apprentice with its founder, Jit Paul. His expertise includes Treasury, Taxation, Internal and External Audit and M&A functions. With a keen understanding of the intricacies of real
estate and finance, he has been involved in the Group’s corporate restructuring. Shouvik is the Director of Finance for the Group’s
shared services company. He has developed a focused and tech-savvy team, keeping them in touch with customer needs within the Group’s
commercial properties, industrial parks and business centres.

A Chartered Accountant degree and 17 years’ of experience in the financial field. Worked with Banking Institution under various roles with various bank such as ICICI Bank, Standard Chartered bank and RBL bank. An analytical mind and business awareness had lead the way out to corporate financial world.

Soumick has over 22 years of diversified and hands-on professional expertise in most facets of the real estate business. He has worked across diverse asset classes such as office, land, retail, residential, warehousing, and industrial advising leading domestic and multinational owners, investors, and occupiers. Throughout career has accelerated the success of his clients to define and deliver successful real estate solutions of the highest quality to maximize the potential of their property. However, worked extensively across geographies across the country. Currently based in Delhi spearheading Marketing & Business Development in Apeejay Real Estate.

With more than 24 years of experience in Construction and Project management, Bibhas Kumar Sanyal leads the engineering division of Apeejay Real Estate foraying and executing diverse projects comprising of Residential and commercial buildings, restoration and reviving various properties, coordinating within the division and other stakeholders in acquiring new properties, assisting in the expansion of the Business center division and the Apeejay Schools and is an integral part of the expansion of the Warehousing and Logistic projects.

A Bachelor’s degree holder of Civil engineering with a post graduate diploma in Project Management, he joined the Group in the Project division in 2004. His expertise not only includes core civil and interiors but also in man and resource management. He has also been a part of the core team for Business development and the Division’s expansion over the period of time.

Work experience over 25 years in Administration, facility management and project management developing infrastructure and building facilities for the real estate of software industry working in TCG group, Cognizant Technology Solutions, IBM India Pvt. Ltd, Unitech, DLF,JLL.

Having an engineering Diploma in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering with Certification on Fire Safety and fighting from Govt of Goa. Started the professional career working with the TAJ Hotels – A TATA Group Company responsible for maintenance and engineering operations of the TAJ Bengal Hotel and growing up to as Deputy Chief Engineer. Has lead the facilities department in managing operations and customer delight in various companies in Real Estate sectors and software companies.

Mr. Brenton Leavers is Business Head E-Commerce of Great Eastern Stores Private Limited. He has been tasked with the responsibility of growing the group’s stake in the E-Commerce space in India and Abroad by putting in place a strategic E-Commerce plan.

Mr. Leavers joined Great Eastern Stores Private Limited in July 2021. He has an overall work experience of 17 of which the last 9 was with a top 500 Multi-Channel Internet Retailer based in USA.

A competent professional with an experience of 29 years in Sales, Operations, Business Development, Training, Recruitment, Distribution Management & Key Account. Rajesh has expertise in expanding market share, implementing promotional activities, generating new business, maintaining quality assurance, and targeting potential customers. He spearheads sales, operations, and business development for Apeejay Business Centre with an aim to accomplish corporate plans and goals successfully and bring transformational change. Rajesh is driven with the capability to translate the corporate vision and mission of the company that exceeds financial and organizational targets and contributes to better profitability.
